Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 calendar days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
